This was the first track we started work on in the studio. That moment when you’ve set all the instruments up, you’re ready to record, but have nothing prepared, is quite daunting.

We tentatively started playing until a theme gradually emerged: patterns of notes that felt hopeful somehow, starting out on an exciting adventure - leaving home at the break of dawn, returning in the evening: Sunrise to Sunset.
